Annual memberships to the Alberni Valley Hospice Society cost $10 per person, per year, upon approval of the Board of Directors.
Our membership year runs April 1 to March 31, regardless of when membership is purchased.
Applications for renewals and new memberships can be made at the Community Office during regular office hours.

- Receive quarterly IMPRINTS newsletter by email (or by mail, if requested)
- Members in good standing are eligible to vote on agenda items at Annual General Meetings, and other meetings when called
- Membership numbers show your support to our community for the services we provide
Please note: Society Bylaw #2.7 states:
2.7: A person may apply to the directors for membership in the society and on acceptance by the directors is a member.
