Board Members able to commit to a 3-year term (minimum) who are interested in leading a committee in one or more of the following areas:

- • Policies, Procedures, Bylaw Review
- • Finance
- • Fundraising
- • Long-Term Planning, Building/Facilities
The ideal candidate will be deeply rooted within the community, have a collaborative working style, possess both visionary and leadership qualities. Preference will be given to candidates with a history of board governance, legal expertise and experience in health care services.
As a Board, we will strive, through strong, transformational leadership and sound, supportive governance to facilitate the best possible care and services to members of our community requiring compassionate palliative care. We will also nurture our volunteer and donor bases and implement short and long-term strategies to ensure the longevity and growth of the society.
