For years, the Port Alberni community has supported Hospice by donating their bottle return refunds – either by bringing them to us directly, or by directing the refund to our account at the depot.
Now it’s easier than ever, with the Return-It Express process!
Donors can label their clear bag of recyclables and bring it to the depot – they sort the bottles and deposit the refund to our account!
You can pick up bag labels at our community office (2579 10th Ave)!
Or, let the depot staff know our account code when you go inside and sort the return yourself.
